We had an unfortunate experience upon checking in. The staff informed us that the twin room we had booked was fully booked, and they could only offer us a queen or king bed. I pointed out that I had paid more for the twin room, but she insisted that the prices were the same. Eventually, she called her manager, who promised to change our room back to a twin the next day due to some air-conditioning issues. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location, and the manager was nice and helpful. However, we encountered some issues during our stay: the bed in room 201 made a lot of noise, even with slight movements, and the TV in room 211 was not working, even after a technician came to check it.

Путешествую часто. Это самый ужасный отель за последние 5 лет. Бронировали 3 номера на компанию друзей- в итоге 2 номера не предоставили, так как отель практикует «овербукинг». Каждый день наблюдал на ресепшене, как отказывают в заселении кому-то. В завершении дополнительно испортили впечатление непрозрачной схемой с такси по завышенной в 1,5 раза стоимости. Не рекомендую этот отель, в районе есть более приемлемые варианты.

The price is a bit high compared to similar hotels nearby. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, the water wouldn't drain. Almost every morning we found huge cockroaches in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was fine, breakfast was quite good.

Отель хороший. Удобно расположен, рядом есть магазины, кафе, такси, общественный транспорт. Семейный номер просторный, отличный вид на море и город. До моря рукой подать. На завтраке есть блюда на все вкусы, каши, супы, овощи, фрукты, рис, лапша, выпечка. Для вас приготовят блюда из яиц на ваш вкус. Ресторан на 9 этаже, с потрясающими видами. Есть бассейн, так же на 9 этаже. Из минусов тусклое освещение в ванных комнатах.

We had booked a room through 訂房網站, when we got to the hotel they said they wanted to upgrade us and put us in the resort which was NOT an upgrade but a massive downgrade festered with large fire ants and really old furniture and broken bathroom facilities, we were lied to, laughed at and treated really poorly. The manager did make amends on the second day through a refund but the rest of the staff were horrendous. Also if you like a treat you get ants in your breakfast!
